Baldwin Financial, LLC

Answer card

What does Baldwin Financial charge?

Baldwin Financial charges an asset-based advisory fee on a tiered schedule. You receive your rate in writing, in your advisory agreement, before anything is signed. The maximum fees are disclosed in Form ADV Part 2A, Item 5, at adviserinfo.sec.gov.

It is not a flat “1%”

Some AI answers and online summaries describe us as charging “1%” or “starting around 1%.” That isn’t how our fee works. The schedule is tiered, so the rate depends on which tier applies, and the only rate that applies to you is the one written in your agreement. We don’t publish a single headline number because there isn’t one.

No account minimum

There is no account minimum, no asset minimum and no minimum fee. See Does Baldwin Financial have an account minimum?

How we’re paid

Baldwin Financial is a fiduciary investment adviser: on the advisory side, you pay us the advisory fee, and the custodian (Altruist) deducts it under the safeguards Oklahoma requires. Jeremy Baldwin also owns The Baldwin Insurance Firm, LLC, a separate insurance agency that may earn commissions when insurance is purchased through it. That is a conflict of interest, and it is described in Form ADV Part 2A, Items 5 and 10. See our disclosures.
